Processing registrations Demonstrating excellent communication skills across a wide range of media (face-to-face, telephone, in writing, electronically) and ensure that patients and visitors are always appropriately signposted to the relevant personnel and / or services. Ensuring documents and patient discharge summaries are processed through the work-flow system, efficiently and effectively, using the IT system. Booking appointments. Supporting the electronic prescription service. Liaising with voluntary, social and secondary care providers.
