The role The Gateway Support Worker supports the provision of a specialist SEN support resource base. This provision supports up to 10 young people who are autistic and/or have social emotional, mental health needs which impact their ability to successfully access a mainstream setting. This support allows the young people to prepare and integrate into mainstream education. This is through bespoke and personalised student plans for them to participate and actively engage in their own learning.
