Business Development Manager - Public Sector

With continued double-digit growth, Concerto is seeking an experienced sales professional with extensive experience selling into the NHS. We are looking for a seasoned networker with an address book full of key contacts in estates and facilities teams, who can leverage this for Concerto and start selling at speed.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, the role's primary purpose is to drive growth within the NHS. You will generate your own pipeline as well as receive support from an SDR and Marketing team. There is an expectation that this person loves events and networking and will be regularly out on the circuit both on stands and as an attendee, building out their network further.
Training will be provided, allowing you to perform high-level demos of the software we sell. We are recruiting a Pre Sales Executive to support the sales team with more in-depth demonstrations and solution selling.
* To meet all pipeline KPIs and revenue targets set.
* Leverage experience in the NHS to quickly build a pipeline.
* Network and attend events regularly, representing Bellrock Technologies.
* Be confident in getting to grips with our software quickly to perform basic demos to potential customers.
* Work with the SDR Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to input into campaigns, draft scripts, etc., to increase appointments and demos secured.
* Plan and prepare all sales-related documentation, including proposals, presentations, and contracts/order forms, with support from the Bid and Marketing Team as needed.
* Maintain all records related to your activity within the group HubSpot CRM system, following all processes consistently and accurately.
* Maintain an updated and accurate sales pipeline and report on this weekly.
* Build and maintain product knowledge: understand our solutions' business and technical problems. Stay current on the Concerto product roadmap, understanding the features and functionality of all product modules and packages and how these apply to address client needs.
* Attend customer meetings and carry out online demonstrations.
* Build awareness of and maintain up-to-date insights regarding CAFM/IWMS market trends and the competitor landscape.

As a Business Development Manager - Public Sector with Concerto, you’ll do it by:
* Demonstrating knowledge of sales and lead management methodologies with a good understanding of sales cycles.
* Demonstrating experience in completing Proposals/RFI/RFPs and Tenders.
* Managing sales close-out processes, e.g., coordinating contracts for signature, finalising purchase orders, and workstream budgets.
* Being confident in demonstrating technology and solution selling.
* Being comfortable with using online communication methods (Teams/Zoom, etc.).
* Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Being tech-savvy with a good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications, presentation software, and graphics software such as Visio.
* Being proactive, motivational, tenacious, committed, and hungry to succeed.
* Having strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable leading sales presentations and meetings.
* Being well-structured and organised, able to prioritise work and work under pressure.

* A proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Working arrangements
