Driving quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with national standards such as the National Neonatal Audit Programme (NNAP), ATAIN project, The BLISS Baby Charter, and UNICEF Baby Friendly Neonatal Standards. Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of neonatal care programmes, in line with the National Service Specification (E08/S/a) and South West Operational Delivery Network criteria.
