Main Responsabilities Senior Technical Coordinator: The Senior Technical Coordinator will oversee the administration of all outside consultants to the Technical team in the creation of working drawings for the planning and building of site developments. They will also be given projects to complete at a planning-approved level. All technical information will be coordinated by them on projects from start to finish and guarantee that the construction team and other departments have access to all information at all times.4 Main responsabilities for Senior Technical Manager: Assist in the development of a design strategy and make sure that it is followed by a Plan for Stage that involves the entire team by organizing all technical components of the program and projects in collaboration with the IPL and Solutions Manager (SM). Make sure the Risk and Value approach is applied rigorously, and test technological solutions to get the best value. Delivering and coordinating all technical project components in line with the plan is your responsibility to the PDM. Collaborate with the Discipline Head (DH) to determine the technical resources needed, project and control resource expenses during the project, and make sure that all external design work is carried out by teams that are appropriately trained and experienced and given a clearly defined scope that leads to an agreed Participate in production meetings and chair design sessions as necessary. Monitor all scope modifications and make sure that the technical inquiry and change control procedures are followed and thoroughly explained for every project. Lead the charge to promote a continuous improvement culture in the design and larger community. Encourage design excellence in health and safety, making sure that there is a safer culture by removing risks and hazards wherever feasible. Clearly and succinctly describe any lingering hazards that the end users or construction teams should be aware of.
