About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Officer Group and Senior Leadership Team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within the office and beyond. What You Will Be Doing Managing the calendar and schedules for the Chief Officer or Senior Leader. Coordinating meetings, briefings, and visibility. Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Acting as a liaison between the Chief Officer and other Forces, partners, and the public. Handling confidential and sensitive information. Assisting in the coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives. Monitoring and tracking budgets and resources to ensure efficient operations. Managing communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters, ensuring timely and professional responses.
