Key Responsibilities & Offerings Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations and guide a dedicated team, including deputy managers, room leaders, and nursery practitioners. Play a pivotal role in shaping the nursery’s strategic direction and contributing to the wider school development plan. Creating a Nurturing Environment: Ensure a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning space that fosters the growth and development of every child. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to maintain a supportive community. Innovative Early Years Provision: Drive the continual evolution of the nursery, introducing new ideas and practices to enhance the educational experience. Utilise state-of-the-art facilities to provide a well-rounded, enriching curriculum. About You Qualifications & Experience: A Level 3 childcare qualification is essential. At least 2 years’ experience in a management role within an early years setting. Skills & Attributes: Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to lead by example.
