Facilities Coordinator Salary - DOE Location - Lymington Office Based Role Driving License needed Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same? If so, we're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help support my client to keep the office running like clockwork This is a fully office-based role, and flexibility is key, as there will be times when early mornings, evenings, or weekends are required for essential tasks. What You'll Be Doing: Ensuring office supplies, kitchen essentials, and stationery are always topped up. Keeping storage areas, meeting rooms, and public spaces tidy and well-organised. Managing confidential waste disposal and ensuring compliance with firm policies. Helping with office moves, furniture shifts, and setting up workstations. Overseeing maintenance, building repairs, and liaising with contractors. Keeping safety equipment, first aid kits, and emergency procedures up to date. Assisting with IT setups for new starters and troubleshooting basic office tech issues. Supporting office events and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Handling ad-hoc tasks to make sure the office is a well-oiled machine. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a facilities or office support role Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A full, clean driving licence and access to a car (travel between offices required). A proactive approach Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail. Manual Handling Experience Good IT skills and confidence in handling basic troubleshooting. Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information. What's in it for you?
