Job summary We are looking for a thoughtful, proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly therapy team within our Integrated Community Services in Scarborough. The role would suit either a newly qualified Physiotherapist or a Physiotherapist looking to gain Community experience. As a community Physiotherapist you will be working with the Therapy Team, assessing and treating patients referred by all our health and social care stakeholders, providing a high standard of care and physiotherapy services to patients with diverse and sometimes complex conditions in their own homes and care homes. Because the patients are community based it is essential to have a car and driving licence for the UK. You will be responsible for providing specialised physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to an independent caseload, working closely with colleagues in this multi-disciplinary team and supported by senior Physiotherapists. Main duties of the job As a Community Physiotherapist, you will have access to supportive supervision and peer review from a well-established team of Physiotherapists.
