Team/Role Overview
As a Partnerships Coordinator, you will provide full support for the strategic execution of partnerships and engagements within scope. You will also support operational/service aspects and contribute to the development of new processes and plans within your area of expertise.
Strong communication, organisational, and diplomacy skills are required.
You will support the Program Manager in the collaboration and execution of tasks in support of the strategic vision of the overall program(s).
What you’ll do
* Support Strategic Partnerships Sr. Manager with execution as it relates to overall strategy, conference/dedicated event engagement, calibration as requested.
* Own assigned operation activity to support Strategic Partnership business operations, i.e., budget, Good Faith Efforts reporting, process audits, renewals, invoices, Risk review, partnership model execution.
* Drive backend partner onboarding processes.
* Support business QBR reporting to senior leadership team.
* Report on wins and trends in opportunity and collaborate with business and TA to support change initiatives.
* Drive cross-functional execution of processes and engagements inclusive of Strategic partnerships.
* Liaise between talent attraction teams and business to ensure Campaign team integrates partnership assets into overall talent attraction strategy.
* Liaise with early careers to ensure opportunity maximization where possible.
What we’ll need from you
* Demonstrated experience as a Program or Project Manager and/or leading medium to large cross-functional projects with commensurate people management experience.
Education
* Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
