Enablis is a technology delivery consultancy that partners with clients to accelerate digital roadmaps. We are currently engaged in a large-scale strategic transformation initiative within a global organisation and are looking for a Transformation Programme Manager/Consultant to play a key role in shaping and implementing strategic change.
What will I be doing?
You will be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to assess, design, and facilitate the implementation of key strategic initiatives. This will involve conducting strategic evaluations, leading workshops, and providing thought leadership while ensuring effective decision-making and alignment with strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting strategic evaluations to determine preferred solutions and pathways for stakeholders.
* Designing and facilitating workshops to gather insights and assess future requirements.
* Providing thought leadership to shape strategic priorities.
* Developing detailed evaluations outlining challenges, opportunities, and solutions.
* Creating high-quality reports and Ex-Co-ready outputs to inform decision-making.
* Facilitating discussions on trade-offs and strategic options.
* Acting as a trusted strategic partner to support major business decisions.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Supporting the Head of Strategy Partnering to achieve team goals.
What experience do I need?
* Strong experience in a similar strategic role within a fast-paced, global organisation (iGaming highly preferred) or management consulting environment.
* Extensive experience in strategy design, operating model design, and organisational development.
* Proven ability to work with senior decision-makers and facilitate high-impact workshops.
* Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and operate with a servant leader mindset.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
