We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
1. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, visual, and lighting equipment at events.
2. Liaise with clients and event teams to ensure technical requirements are fully understood and delivered.
3. Conduct pre-event checks on AV equipment to ensure reliability during live events.
4. Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to issues during events.
5. Assist in the transportation, loading, and unloading of AV equipment.
6. Maintain and ensure the safe storage of all AV equipment.
7. Keep up to date with the latest AV technologies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Previous experience in live event production, AV installation, or technical operations.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating audio mixers, video switchers, projectors, LED screens, microphones, and lighting systems.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
4. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
5. Teamwork: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
7. Driving License: A full, clean driving license is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
