Position Summary
The Production Executive plays a crucial role in the efficient and timely production and management of our teamwear and training kit department. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire production process, from order intake, and production fulfilment of the garments, to delivery, ensuring that all orders are completed to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
1. Order Management:
o Receive and process orders for teamwear and training kit from football clubs.
o Ensure accurate order entry and data management.
o Coordinate with clients to clarify order details and specifications.
o Order goods needed to produce and finalise the order, from the clothing, sponsor artwork and logos.
2. Production Planning:
o Develop and implement production schedules to meet order deadlines.
o Allocate materials effectively to optimise production efficiency.
o Monitor production progress and address any bottlenecks or delays.
3. Garment Production:
o Heat press logos and sponsor artwork onto garments.
o Work with seamstress to make sure necessary embroidery is fulfilled for orders needed to be sent out.
4. Quality Control:
o Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
o Implement quality control measures to minimise defects and errors.
5. Supplier Management:
o Manage relationships with suppliers of materials, equipment, and services.
o Ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
6. Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, finished goods, and work in progress.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software preferred (e.g., production management systems).
* Experience in manufacturing or production-based roles preferred.
