We are seeking aCustomer Service Administratorto join our esteemed client in the professional services industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys a blend of administrative and customer service tasks.
**This role is fully office-based Monday-Friday (9 - 5 PM) with one late shift per week, and one Saturday shift per month**
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries.
* Contact clients, process contract renewals, and send out essential documents.
* Transfer data to and from spreadsheets.
* Handle and triage calls, transferring them to the correct department or specific individuals.
* Guide clients through services, terms, and conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the professional services industry.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
