This is a critical role responsible for all service sales and delivery across the North EMEA region. You will oversee a network of in-country National Service Managers and Service Sales teams to drive strong aftermarket service delivery through the development of a regional service business strategy and budgets.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Site Services, you will have 4 reports and together you will tackle regional objectives and drive business growth.
In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities; from ensuring quality service solutions and customer satisfaction to driving adoption and compliance with global services tools and safety programs. You will engage in strategic planning, support budget development, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies. You will also provide direction and support to Sales, Operations, and Service Managers, and oversee projects within the Service Department. This position offers the chance to make your own mark and take ownership of your deliverables.
The successful candidate will have strong networking and relationship-building abilities, a commercially strategic mindset and be capable of making clear decisions while adapting to shifting priorities.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements
1. Technical degree or relevant qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a service leadership position with a proven record of success.
3. Proficiency in management skills, project management, and site team management.
4. IT proficiency, including service software and Microsoft Office applications.

1. Willing to travel regularly across the region and globally as needed.
2. Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
4. Strategic thinker with experience in strategic plan development and execution.
5. Commercially aware with an understanding of market trends and financial management.
6. Organized and forward-thinking, with the ability to plan and monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
