Sue Ross Recruitment are please to be working alongside their client based in Sheffield who is looking for an HR Advisor to join their temp on a temporary basis of 12 weeks. This is a full-time role (37 hrs per week) with hybrid working, 3 days in the office & 2 days from home and is due to start immediately. Having prior experience within the Public Sector is a MUST for this role as is being qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5. Key Duties and Responsibilities of this role include; Providing all round HR support to a number of senior leaders Supporting managers with all areas of people management and policy Supporting HR Manager with a variety of tasks including organisation redesigns, policy development and pay reviews. Setting up and supporting performance management schemes Liaising with line managers in the set up of individual development plans General administration duties. The successful candidate will have prior experience within an HR Advisor level role, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have an up to date understanding of current employment legislation and case law.
