What You'll Do: Lead and manage the daily operations of our Customer Care department. Motivate and guide your team to exceed performance targets. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement positive changes. Foster a collaborative and energetic team atmosphere. Monitor department activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. Provide detailed performance reports and track daily issues to drive progress. About You: You bring proven customer service experience and leadership skills in a similar setting. You’re an excellent communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving.
