Deputy Clinical Home Manager - Nursing Home (Wroxham) Salary: Up to 50,000 Benefits Location: Wroxham, Norfolk Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Clinical Home Manager for our client's established nursing home in Wroxham. As the Deputy Clinical Home Manager, you will support the Clinical Home Manager in ensuring the highest quality of care for residents and contribute to the effective day-to-day management of the home. Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing the clinical operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care. Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent standards of care delivery. Work closely with the Clinical Home Manager to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Manage and monitor the clinical team to ensure an efficient, effective, and compassionate approach to care. Play a key role in maintaining a positive and supportive working environment for staff. Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals. Requirements: Must hold a valid NMC pin (Registered Nurse with current NMC registration). Proven experience in a senior clinical role within a nursing home environment. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
