Based at our Loddon Site, a great opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to work in the hub of our Estates Office. The position requires good knowledge of data inputting using Microsoft and other software (training will be given). Main duties include; order processing, oversight of maintenance help desk tickets, maintaining office records, supporting the Head of Estates (Senior) and Estates Manager (Prep) managing and responding to e mails, phone call and other forms of communication within the department. Strong organisational skills are required alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The office is based within our listed campus at Langley Park.
