Our professional and corporate client is recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer (customer services) to provide essential administrative support from initial customer enquiry to maintenance at a pace, quality and cost which meets customer expectations and business objectives.

As a Customer Liaison Officer (customer services), you will:
1. Coordinate visit arrangements
2. Provide customers with visit confirmations and quotes
3. Coordinate and book travel arrangements
4. Progress casework in line with company process and policy
5. Maintain and update databases
6. Respond to internal and external enquiries
7. Perform general administration tasks
8. Support other teams and departments
9. Assist in organising meetings
It is expected that the successful candidate will:
1. Have excellent customer service skills
2. Display accurate written and clear verbal communication skills
3. Have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team
4. Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
5. Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Salary: £25000 - £27000 per annum, plus benefits
