About The Role As a Teacher (Year 1), you will deliver the national curriculum in a creative and engaging way, helping young learners establish a strong educational foundation. Your key responsibilities will include planning and delivering dynamic lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for early education, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, with prior experience in Key Stage 1 being highly desirable. Responsibilities Of The Teacher Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that capture students' imaginations and promote a love of learning. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive. Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive school culture. Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's development and encourage their involvement in the learning process. Requirements Of The Teacher Have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. A genuine passion for early education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. The ability to adapt teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of students. Prior experience in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from passionate educators eager to make a difference.
