– Accounts Office Manager (Part Time)
Location: Kettering
Summary
Our Client, a small group of businesses, is seeking an experienced Accounts Office Manager on a part time basis, Hybrid working. 2-3 days per week. You will assist with the following duties:
Job Duties
1. Inputting/scanning Sales & Purchase Invoices into Xero,
2. Processing payments & receipts,
3. Complete bank reconciliations,
4. General administration: filing, answering telephone..
5. Looking after a portfolio of properties, (residential and commercial)
6. Dealing with Utilities
7. Entering Rental income
8. Organising contractors to carry out repairs.
9. Experience of CIS useful but not essential
Requirements
10. Proven Accounts and office management experience.
11. Work effectively as part of a team & communicate efficiently with others,
12. Ideally knowledge of property sector (Portfolio of properties
13. Essential Systems: Hands-on experience with Sage and Xero, MS Excel
Package
14. Appointment Type: Permanent Part time, Hybrid Hours to suit 2-3 full days per week, or 4 part days
15. Salary: £28, - £36, per annum, pro-rata for part time. (£14.00 per hour to 18.00 per hour)
