Role: Senior Staffing Executive Team: Staffing Team Reporting to: Senior Staffing Manager Type of role: Full Time (Onsite, with occasional flexi WFH days) Location: Finsbury Circus, EC2M Salary: £29k depending on experience Your Role On a day to day basis (but not limited to): Supporting campaigns by calling and booking all promotional staff, from our database Advertising all new opportunities, via social media and online recruiting tools, with our client briefs at forefront of your mind - ensuring all job descriptions have been reviewed and are advertised across a range of sites which attract and engage with diverse talent. Arranging F2F or virtual interviews with newly applied promotional staff. Checking and replying to emails within the staffing inbox in a timely manner Ensuring all internal recruitment systems and trackers are up to date so other team members & client team can keep track of recruitment progress. Attending trade show/exhibition events, keeping up to date with the industry and reporting findings. Presenting best in class staff training documents. Keep the Campaign Calendar up to date to keep track of number of staffing days within each calendar month Supporting the client team with campaign logistics, ensuring all promotional staffing profiles are up to date with address, and telephone numbers as well as booking in training, deliveries, and retrieving event kit post campaign. Working with quotes and budgets on low-budget staffing campaigns. Working with our SSM, to ensure all staffing practices, processes, documents, interview feedback, and other sensitive promotional staff data or information are administered and that GDPR are complied with. Work weekend on-call adhoc (as campaign needs) TOIL applicable.
