Role Purpose
As our PPC Manager, you are an integral part of the growing LifeSearch Performance Marketing, and wider Marketing, team working alongside other performance marketeers and reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing to drive unprotected family volumes into the business.
You are responsible for the management and optimisation of our paid search activity across platforms including Google AdWords & Microsoft Advertising. Accountable for managing the monthly budgets of your channels to ensure delivery of unprotected families against targets at an efficient cost per unprotected family to ensure profitable growth across your channel area.
Essential
Minimum of 3-years of experience in a PPC role
Proficient in paid search platforms including Google AdWords & Microsoft Advertising
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, diagnose and make informed decisions
Strong experience using performance and data visualisation tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
Experience of stakeholder management and working with external agencies
Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills with experience working across several media channels at once
Proactive and curious individual, able to work effectively both in silo and as part of a team
Excellent written English and proofreading capabilities with strong writing skills to produce relevant documentation and reports
Highly motivated team player, with excellent communication, collaboration and ambassador of the team & company values Desirable
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent fields
Demonstratable experience working in Marketing in the financial services industry – Protection space would be an advantage
Experience using Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines such as SEO & Paid Social Media
Experience running AB tests
