Brookstreet UK Ltd are reqcruiting an Admin Officer to join our clients team in Belfast City Centre
As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational functions and ensuring the smooth running of our housing services. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the housing sector while contributing to meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments within the housing association.
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to tenant information and housing applications.
Support the processing of applications and inquiries from residents and prospective tenants.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5 GCSE'S grades A to C
