The Children & Young People’s Centre for Justice (CYCJ) is looking to recruit a full-time Practice Development Advisor to lead on our secure care workstream. The post is for someone with expertise in developing, supporting and understanding children and young people on the cusp of or involved in offending behaviour, with a particular focus on secure care.
As part of the Practice and Policy team, the post holder will work well within a team, leading on areas of work as well as supporting colleagues to deliver on the strategic priorities of the CYCJ.
This post will initially be funded for one year, with indicative funding for further years. Secondments are also welcome.
