We are working with a leading Main Contractor specialising in Civil Engineering and Construction as they look for a Document Controller to join their team. This is a hybrid working role offering flexible working options.
Who Will You Report To?
The Lead Document Controller and BIM Manager. You will join a team where you will have the support necessary to grow and progress your career.
What will you be doing?
As a Document Controller, you will be a detail-oriented individual playing a pivotal role in the business processes, development and usage of the CDE and site data capture platforms. You will work proactively and reactively with key functional departments to manage the storage, distribution and filing of all company and project documents. You will also implement and maintain naming conventions in line with client requirements, company procedures, and BIM standards.
What You Need to apply:
* Proven experience within a similar role in the Construction environment
* Excellent technical skills including Microsoft 365 and others
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with a wide range of people including staff, clients, subcontractors etc
* Process oriented
