Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Engagement and Communications Specialist with experience working on Technology Change. The successful candidate will sit across the department's programme of works initially driving the communication and strategy for a range of IT Infrastructure Transformations. This is a brand new role, so the successful candidate will shape up the group's Communication style/structure etc.
Responsibilities
* Interact with customers and stakeholders (Senior Execs, Programme Managers and End users) to enhance their experience with services, products and platforms.
* Maintain customer communication and brand image.
* Corporate Communication working in a structured/regulated environment.
