Tasks required by this job includes:
•Create work schedules and give the travel team duties and obligations.
•Organize the work of secretarial, clerical, and other personnel who organize and oversee travel.
•Talk with clients about their preferences and needs for travel.
•Make and verify reservations for travel and lodging in accordance with the needs of the client.
•Inform clients about required health measures, passport and visa procedures, and currency laws.
•Ascertain the amount of money required for travel plans and make sure that financial restrictions are followed.
•Analyze the requirements for personnel, supplies, and other resources for both immediate and long-term travel arrangements.
