Join us as an HR Employee Relations Manager and deliver an essential service through the provision of professional HR advice and guidance to employees, managers and senior leaders. You will be involved in everything from handling bespoke employee relations casework to taking an active role in HR Policy creation, review, and implementation.
You will deliver exceptional service as part of a dynamic team during an exciting period of transformation within our People Directorate group. As a key member of our HR Employee Relations Team, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied, fast-paced role, in which you will empower our leaders, managers, and employees through the application of our HR processes and promoting the competence and confidence of our people.
We are looking for applicants who have experience resolving complex employee relations issues in a professional, multidisciplinary organisation.
