Hands-on expertise with network security protocols and best practices. Skilled in troubleshooting and providing IT support to users with varying levels of technical understanding. Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation projects. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA). Demonstrated commitment to continuously improving IT skills and knowledge..
