Business support assistant for travel and transport services.
Tasks:
* Data management
o Entering a variety of data into a series of spreadsheets and assisting with its analysis.
o Maintaining and updating databases and records accurately
o Inputting applications and other data entry using internal systems
* * Communication
o Monitoring the email inboxes and replying where necessary
o Forwarding correspondence to the relevant person
o Liaising with colleagues to manage customer expectations
* * Finance administration
o Raising purchase orders on the BMS system
o Checking and processing invoices from operators
o Raising invoice queries with the relevant team/operator
o Inputting credit notes
* * Administration
o Opening and scanning incoming mail
o Letter typing and printing where necessary
o Working to varying deadlines
