Our client, a global technical company, is currently looking for an Export Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for keeping track of export shipments, updating customers with shipment details.
* Ensure goods are collected and shipped on time.
* Create and maintain records for each shipment, including necessary documents.
* Communicate shipment details with customers daily.
* Adhoc administration as required.
The successful candidate:
* Previous Administration and Customer Service experience essential.
* Knowledge of Export highly desirable.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
* Highly organised, methodical and reliable.
