An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, confident, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and administration skills to join the NHS Derby and Derbyshire ICB as a Personal Assistant.
The role will provide high quality, professional, confidential and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The primary objective will be to assist with administrative duties, helping to keep an employee organised and on track with their work tasks. By facilitating day-to-day responsibilities, supporting with managing workload, which will involve organising emails and work files for an employee as well as ensuring outstanding actions are prioritised and delivered.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Mental Health, Learning Disability & Autism and Children's Commissioning team within a friendly Directorate.
This opportunity is available for an initial period of 6 months.
Interviews will be held face to face at The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby DE1 2FS (date to be confirmed).
Main Duties Of The Job
1. Provide confidential and timely email management: organising and prioritising emails, ensuring timely responses and reducing inbox clutter;
2. File organisation: assisting with the organisation of files, both digital and physical, to enhance accessibility and reduce confusion;
3. Task tracking: helping track ongoing tasks and deadlines to ensure the employee stays on schedule;
4. Provide a high level of administrative support, managing workload and taking decisions within defined administrative policies;
5. Produce high quality correspondence;
6. Plan, prioritise and manage complex and conflicting workloads.
