They are currently looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Quality and Compliance Analyst to join their. This is a remote. This role is pivotal in ensuring the management of the complaint handling service and compliance processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Ensure complaints are handled efficiently and expediently, delivering good customer outcomes whilst being managed within the businesss agreed policies and procedures and client requirements.
2. Ensure an efficient, professional complaints management service is provided to meet members' needs.
3. Drive the management of complaint handling, including investigating, analysing and writing complaints responses, working with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
4. Work with the relevant Head of Functions where required to negotiate claim settlements with individual complainants.
