This role will require you to be responsible for providing complete administration support to their busy sales and lettings teams so the successful candidate must be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload whilst working to tight deadlines. Adaptability is essential as the needs of the role vary in line with the demands of the business. Salary package and benefits of this Administrator role include: Basic £24,000 - £26,000 DOE Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm OR 9.00am - 5.30pm Training and development Quarterly and annual awards/trips A lively, busy working environment After probation, non-contributory healthcare and subsidised gym membership In house training on various software packages Responsibilities for the role of Administrator include: Typing letters for Residential Sales/Lettings from the in-house estate agency software Typing of stencils/property details, including uploading photographs and images Ensuring correct documents are present on property files in line with money laundering compliance Meeting and greeting visiting clients and contractors Ordering stationery etc./office supplies and maintaining/recording stock The skills required for the role of Administrator include: Good general Admin skills e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel (Photoshop a bonus) Excellent written and spoken English Professional telephone manner Ability to learn new software quickly Confident dealing with people at all levels Sense of humour If this busy and exciting role sounds of interest to you, then apply today
