1. Accurately process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis.
2. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
3. Maintain and update payroll records.
4. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related inquiries.
5. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
6. Assist with payroll audits and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant laws/regulations.
3. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
4. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
