At Dexory, autonomous robots are a critical part of our product offering. We design, build, and test our robots in-house at our Wallingford facility. We now have an exciting opportunity to hire an assembly technician to join our electro-mechanical team. Your time will be spent in our build facility in Verda Park, Wallingford, as well as occasional visits to company events. It's therefore ideal you possess a full UK driving licence.
As an Assembly & Build Technician, you will be joining an agile and high-performing team where your role will be to assemble and commission all robot subsystems and complete robot builds to strict standards, allowing us to deliver our groundbreaking technology around the globe.

Your work will mostly often be divided between sub-system and robot assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assembly of sub-systems
2. Assist in the assembly of complete robots
3. Contribute to research and development projects
4. Support the assembly process through various continuous improvement projects
5. Support the wider business as required
Essential Requirements:
1. Experience of working in a technical function; both autonomously and as part of a team. Experienced in manual build and assembly processes of complex, high precision mechanical, and electrical systems
2. Accountable for build and preparation of complete products to a strict schedule and quality
3. Experience inspecting, testing, and signing off for production completed sub-systems
4. Working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
5. Must thrive under pressure, willingly adapting to rapid shifts in priorities and going beyond standard expectations to meet tight deadlines and deliver excellence
6. Comfortable adapting to rapid changes
7. Excellent communication skills
Desired:
1. Experience in precision manufacturing industry (including motorsport, industrial equipment, aerospace, automotive, etc.)
