Set up: Part-Time (3 Days per Week) | Hybrid (2 Days Remote, 1 Day in London - Oxford Circus)

My client is a leading clinic chain specializing in medical aesthetic treatments across the UK, with a growing presence in high-profile retail locations. They are committed to providing exceptional care and delivering personalized patient experiences, which sets them apart in the industry. They pioneered CoolSculpting in the UK in 2011 and have continued to lead the field in non-invasive body contouring with over 13 years of experience and 20,000+ successful treatments.
Their clinic chain prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficacy, with injectables performed exclusively by qualified doctors. As they continue to grow, my client is seeking a passionate and skilled Internal Recruiter to support their recruitment efforts and help attract top talent to join their dynamic team.
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build and implement recruitment databases and systems from the ground up, playing a crucial part in their expansion.
The Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will work closely with clinic managers, directors, and the People & HR team to identify and hire top talent for the clinics. Your role will focus on improving the recruitment process, building and managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Sourcing: Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
* Candidate Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified professionals.
* Building Recruitment Systems: Develop and implement effective tracking systems and processes for managing candidate pipelines.
* Collaboration with Clinics & HR: Work with clinic managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs and fill vacancies quickly and efficiently.
* Process Streamlining: Enhance the recruitment process to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
* Interview Coordination: Organise and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth coordination from initial screening to final handover to HR.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clinic managers and directors to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
About You
My client is looking for a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You should be passionate about recruitment, with a strong ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively. Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in recruitment (internal or agency) with a focus on sourcing candidates.
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
* Ability to manage databases and develop recruitment tracking systems.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a multi-site environment.
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
* Industry experience in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare is a plus.
