In a nutshell An outstanding opportunity to lead and develop a fully coordinated B2B Marketing strategy across diverse markets. You will be essential in ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints, closely following our communications strategy and annual plan. Day to day Assist in crafting and rolling out a detailed, insightful B2B strategy to reach yearly revenue and performance objectives. Engage and lead the Commercial and Sales teams to support these plans and lead ongoing optimization to improve revenue generation and value. Define critical metrics and establish a strong measurement framework to ensure continuous optimization. Lead the implementation of initiatives from briefing and planning to development, internal collaborator management, and evaluation. Seek new and innovative, efficient opportunities to activate the brand in priority channels. Ensure all activities are "on brand" and adhere to the standards outlined in the templated guidelines. Find opportunities for automation and standardization of activities to lower costs and lead times, enabling agile, quick-to-market solutions. Lead Virgin Atlantic Holidays retail marketing initiatives, ensuring the brand is prominently represented across the retail estate and positioned as the top long-haul holiday provider of choice. Coordinate all retail marketing efforts, delivering impactful solutions that showcase the VAH brand while providing tools and strategies to support front-line sellers in improving their sales effectiveness. Continuously seek innovative ways to boost VAH's presence and engagement across the retail landscape through technology. Conduct analysis on marketing activities to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with sales and product teams to visit and engage with sales partners, clients, and prospects, refining the plan to best meet target customer needs. About you Significant experience in B2B marketing management across multiple categories. A track record of applying business insight to craft strategic B2B plans. Experience in the UK market; broader global experience is an advantage. Strong commercial competence with an understanding of airline economics. Strong analytical skills, capable of crafting meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities.
