Position: Senior Account Handler They are currently seeking an experienced Property/HNW Account Handler, with previous Underwriting Authority experience to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: As a Property/HNW Account Handler you will deliver outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries, providing new business quotes, managing mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and processing renewals. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and insurer partners. Respond to all inquiries with professionalism, ensuring compliance with our service standards and regulatory guidelines. Accurately document all information, communications, and records in the Acturis system, while effectively utilizing the diary system. Underwrite significant household risks within your personal underwriting authority. Work collaboratively with the broader team to achieve business goals, including conversion rates, client retention, revenue generation, and maintaining loss ratio targets.
