Our client, a well-established law firm, is recruiting a Legal Secretary to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience, ideally within a law firm. Applications from candidates with secretarial experience in other sectors are also welcome. You will be supporting Fee Earners, dealing with enquiries & managing appointments. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for the department Dealing with emails, phone calls, enquiries and requests. Organising and maintaining diaries, arranging appointments. Writing letters on behalf of the Fee Earners. Organising and prepping Fee Earners for any meetings. Producing any documents, reports, correspondence etc. as required Producing invoices and reporting billed figures to the Fee Earners Ensuring client files are kept up to date Assistance / cover for other secretaries, as required The ideal candidate: IT literate, with the ability to pick up new systems and processes.
