Ensure the Customer Service Team have exceptional customer care skills Develop the Customer Service Team to provide world class service to our customers Ensure Wren values become part of the way we treat our customers within every interaction Main Responsibilities: Designing and delivering development modules via various methods; 1-2-1 coaching, classroom style training and digital learning Designing and delivering a best-in-class induction programme for all new employees Supporting the Customer Service Supervisors / Team Leaders with development and assessment of employee’s skills Document customer contact journeys – identifying areas of opportunity of employee’s skills Supporting Customer Care leadership team with raising the minimum standards of customer care service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively On-going refresher training of staff Coach and mentor colleagues Supply quality reporting to management In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
