What You'll Do:
1. Draft the initial framework based on the request from the Meeting Managers.
2. Work with clients to establish requirements, expectations, and key details of meetings.
3. Develop and maintain participant lists, compiled from the registration website.
4. Train planners on registration procedures and other aspects of the Cvent registration system.
5. Develop an attendee management plan for each meeting and train clients to handle their plans.
6. Act as an advisor to senior planners on ways to improve large national or area meetings.
7. Work directly with vendors to identify issues of concern and recommend improvements to the system.
8. Connect with event managers and coordinators about the functionalities of the Cvent tool to gather information on registration site builds.
9. Initiate and set up the pre-requisites from the event perspective.
10. Prepare and handle various communications like invitations, reminders, confirmations, surveys, broadcasts, etc.
11. Lead the end-to-end registration process.
12. Manage rooming lists.
13. Provide on-site support for Meetings & Events and training programs.
14. Generate various types of reports as per client requirements.
15. Run the mailbox - answer queries pertaining to the registration site, reporting, etc.
16. Liaise with the Cvent team (external) to clarify queries.
17. Gather Meetings & Events related data to the Cvent tool.
Location: United States
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
