Finishing Manager

Finishing Manager / Finishing Foreman required to join a regional contractor on a new Supported Independent Living Development in Surrey (near Reigate).

The initial contract will last until around April, with similar follow-on projects also in Surrey (Woking area).

The successful applicant will work alongside the Site Manager to help take the houses and flats through to completion and handover. Experience with similar type projects would be beneficial, as these are accessible units for residents and carers, and not your standard house or flat.

This position would potentially suit someone with a trade background who has previously worked as a Finishing Foreman.

Start date is ASAP, but there will be an interview process.
