Position Overview
The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships while achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, contract renewals, and strategy development and demonstrate strong client management proficiency. This role requires experience in SaaS and consulting, particularly within the Medicare Advantage and payer sector. The candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in account management with a strong track record in upselling and revenue growth. Experience in Cody’s core services, particularly within the healthcare SaaS space, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy and Execution (40%)
* Achieve assigned revenue and growth quotas through upselling and cross-selling Cody’s services.
* Develop and implement tailored client growth strategies, collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the payer market, particularly within Medicare Advantage collateral and compliance.
Client Relationship Management (30%)
* Maintain and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct regular business reviews to align services with client needs and explore growth opportunities.
* Serve as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Leverage a consultative approach to deepen engagement with payer organizations and identify expansion opportunities.
Contract and SOW Management (20%)
* Lead contract renewal negotiations in collaboration with cross-functional teams to secure client loyalty.
* Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for ongoing and new client engagements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
* Partner with operations, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure client success.
* Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for client growth, aligning with organizational goals.
* Work closely with SaaS product teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in account management with demonstrated success in meeting revenue quotas.
* Experience in SaaS, consulting, and payer markets, specifically within Medicare Advantage, collateral management and compliance.
* Background in healthcare BPO, including claims adjudication, document management, or contact center solutions.
* Strong experience upselling and expanding client accounts within the healthcare industry.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
