Supplies Coordinator/Administrator
Glendon Wood Hospital and Woodland Hospital - Kettering
Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm (32.5 hours per week)
What you'll do
As a Supplies Coordinator you will be joining a team responsible for handling all orders and management of stock coming into the hospital. Covering all departments but with a strong focus working in and around the theatres, you will be part of the team responsible for the control of the ordering and stock control of consumables, prosthetics and equipment needed for the running of the hospital.
You will be required to carry out regular stock takes, manage invoices, run reports, place orders as well as dispatching/putting away deliveries and various other administrative duties.
What you'll bring with you
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Proficiency in Excel and Word
* Experience in SAP S4 advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Initiative with a flexible and proactive approach to work
