Our client, a leading consultancy in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Programme Data Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role focuses on ensuring that the programme maintains control over its data, comprehends the source of truth for programme data, and understands the commercial, export, and security implications of its data. The position aims at controlling data flows within the programme, extending into the broader organisation, as well as managing relationships with suppliers and customers. Key Responsibilities: Understand the programme data landscape, including: Data repositories Master data sets Internal data release processes External data release processes Data flows ITAR/Classification implications for data IP implications Implement controls to manage programme data including: Programmatic data Commercial data Customer deliverable data Engineering data Finance data Develop and implement processes where they are limited, in collaboration with impacted areas. Run the data controls processes and maintain records for the programme. Adapt to evolving landscape understanding and provide recommendations for programme data structures. Understand PLM and ERP systems and their interactions as an advanced user.
