The Client:
Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, specialising in accounting & bookkeeping, audits, personal financial planning & advice, and payroll & contractor services.
The Role:
As an Accounts Senior, you will prepare accounts and management accounts for companies, sole-traders, and partnerships. You may need to travel to the Retford and Grantham offices.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft corporation tax computations and Self-Assessment Tax Returns.
2. Mentor and train junior team members.
3. Collaborate with other departments such as payroll and bookkeeping.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as an Accounts Senior in a similar role.
2. At least 3 years of accountancy practice experience.
3. ACA / ACCA qualified or QBE.
4. Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations.
5. Capable to prepare Self-Assessment Tax Returns, corporation tax returns and P11Ds.
6. Experience in audit assignments would be beneficial.
7. Strong organisational and communication skills.
