About The Role
We are seeking an outstanding Operations Associate to partner with the Head of the Investment Team to drive efficiencies and support her to achieve individual and team goals. The partner you will be working with leads a 6 people investment team while being a busy working mom. The role will focus on driving operational efficiency while also including executive assistance and light personal support (including calendar, expenses and travel management).

Your role will be crucial in helping the ambitious and lean investment team be efficient and effective. You will help improve productivity by taking on administrative & operational tasks as well as tracking KPIs and driving process optimization and tech implementation (e.g. AI, linking Notion with our CRM, automation tools).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high quality executive support to the Head of the Investment Team, acting as a gatekeeper to manage calendar, tasks and workload
* Maintain CRM (Affinity) and generate reports to assess pipeline and portfolio health
* Track team and individual’s progress against goals by collecting and analyzing data (e.g. CRM, projects, NPS)
* Optimize administrative & operational processes, including Software implementation and workflow documentation in playbooks
* Organize and manage logistics for sourcing and portfolio company trips, ensuring alignment with goals and budgets
* Assist with special projects and events (e.g. portfolio company round table), and light administration for the investment team
* Provide discrete personal assistance (e.g. healthcare appointments, and personal travel)
The ideal candidate
Experience
* 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment within Operations, Business Administration or Operational Consulting
* University graduate with at least a 2:1 degree from a well-regarded university
* Experience in data tracking & reporting and in modern software usage & implementation
* Solid track record of taking ownership and leading small projects end-to-end
